I listened to this message for the first time on Friday, June 11, 2021. I was blown away by the simplicity of the message. I want to wrestle with this challenge for myself until I find my life more significantly controlled, directed and influenced by the Precious Holy Spirit Jesus spoke of as he left his disciples.

Turn over to Jesus yourself and all you have...
Is it that simple...it is that simple
This is the crucial point and if you bungle this you will block the whole thing..
Between two persons, there is no love without an inward self-surrender to the each other
If either one withholds the essential self from the other, love is blocked..
You cannot love fully if there is an unsurrendered self
Between you and Jesus there can be no love without an inward self-surrender...
You can’t be filled with Holy Spirit unless there is an inward surrender of all that you are and all that you have...the real you surrendered to him...
Not surrendering “this thing” or “that thing”...
It is not the surrendering of things but the surrendering of “you” the essential you...
He feels that which you surrender
All that he wants is you...
When you turn over to him yourself...you don’t seek him, you don’t seek something, you don’t seek an evidence...you turn yourself, you commit, you surrender yourself...an inward self-surrender to Jesus, the Holy Spirit will fill the vessel, not only filling to the full, but there will be the outward manifestation of that one that has filled you with himself...
Being filled with the Spirit is that simple...
